We make every effort to ensure that our creations are perfect, and your order undergoes a thorough quality control before being shipped. Thanks to this, we eliminate the vast majority of imperfections. However, despite this, in rare cases a defect may happen to pass by undetected. Therefore, we would like to ask for your support in improving our products. If you encounter any flaws or difficulties related to the use of our products, simply contact us and describe your problem. Perhaps it can be resolved easily, or it may result from insufficient explanation of how to use our products. When writing to us or giving us your opinion, please remember that each item is handmade by us to your specific order. We create our assortment in the spirit of zero waste, using processed materials, which may differ slightly from each other. Differences in designs also result from the nature of manual work - individual pieces will never be 100% identical to the prototype, but it’s part of the magic. Each product is unique! :)
However, if you have recieved an item that does not meet your requirements, you can send your complaint:

We recommend your complaint to include:
- Type of product purchased (name, size).
- Date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase - receipt/invoice.
- Description of the complaint - what exactly is the subject of the complaint, possible causes of the problem, date of occurrence of the defect or indication of non-compliance with the description or visualization of the product.
- Preferred type of compensation - replacement of defective goods with new ones, free repair, price reduction, discount on subsequent purchases or withdrawal from the contract.
A detailed description of the reason for the complaint is very important because it allows us to understand the nature of the problem and take appropriate actions to prevent similar situations in the future.
