Catering to the needs of superheroes of all kinds, we present shoulder pads with a cape, mounted on a sturdy leather harness. The cape is detachable. The shoulder pads are lightweight, as they are made from fabric shaped like armor. The whole set is dirtied and aged for the effect of enhancing the credibility of a character traversing the Wasteland.
